Thermicrete is based on modified latex with super plasticizer designed for multi purpose application. It is ready to use bonding agent with water proofing properties. It is used for repair of spalled concrete - floors, columns, beams, chhajas, slabs & waterproofing of toilets & bathrooms, small terraces etc. as it bonds strongly to old & new concrete and to plasters. Due to super plasticizing capability it reduces shrinkage, prevents cracking, dust pick up & improves abrasion resistance as well.

For a bonding primer coat mix ThermiCrete: Cement in the ratio 1:1 by volume and apply 1 continuous coat of the mix on the prepared concrete substrate ensure to overlay the repair mortar when the bond coat is still tacky. Expected coverage of 20 to 22 Sq/feet in two coats.
For repair of old cementations surface mix - Portland Cement: 50 kg, Washed sand: 150 kg, Thermi Crete 6-8 kg & Water: 10 kg
Add 4-5% by weight of cement in mortar to make RCC of plaster waterproof. Recommended area of application are RCC casting like basement or Terrace and Cement plaster.
