Water Absorption – Its already carries water repellent product and can made waterproof by adding Thermi Pro+ Strength – Since it white cement based so gives better strength than ordinary cement sand composition Finish – Since its water repellent product which means there is no capillary or pour into this product which given excellent finish. Due to that finish and no pour paint coverage is better than traditional putty. Color – Super White which can be covered within two coats of paint. Replacement – Cement sand plaster and putty both can be replaced with one solution. Flexibility – By adding Thermi Pro+ we can get some flexibility also
