It is one of the most effective premium quality acrylic polymer water based waterproofing liquid and bonding agent for old and new cementations substrates. It offers excellent water resistant capabilities with outstanding combination of internal flexibility and hardness. It is mixed with water and Cement as per recommended ratio applied with brush in three coats. EcoCrete is used for surface treatment, protecting, waterproofing and repairing concrete and masonary. Waterproofing of basements, Toilets, Terraces, roof, swimming pools, General concrete repairs, protection of concrete against corrosion, salt attack etc..

    Chloride content - contains no chloride admixture.
    Offers an impermeable coating; quite good as waterproof coating.
    Excellent adhesion to cementitious substrates.
    Works as an effective bonding agent by facilitating more open time.

  2. Method of Application

  3. 1.Wall Repairing Method

    Step-I

    Remove all damaged plaster with chisel or chipping machine

    Step-II

    Remove all dust particles with wire brush and wash the surface. Apply primer coat of WaterSeal for better results

    Step-III

    Mix S50: Water: Cement in ration 1:1:2 and apply three coats with interval of four hours. Final curing time 24 Hour

    Step-IV

    Apply new plaster. Prefer to add ThermiCrete 1.5 to 1 Kg EcoCrete S50 in one bag of cement while making plaster. 

    Step-V

    Apply Thermi Wall putty and make use for final painting

     

    2. New Surface (Preventive maintenance)

    Step-I

    Surface preparation by Scrubbing, Cleaning, Washing, Repairing as recommended by company. Apply primer coat of WaterSeal for better results  

    Step-II

    Mix S50: Water: Cement in ration 1:1:2 and apply three coats with interval of four hours. Final curing time 24 Hour

    Step-III

    Protect the surface with new plaster

    Precaution and Limitations

    Do not keep the mixed material open for more than 30 minutes.
    Do not place new concrete or mortar if the bonding agent is dried.
    Do not take up applications in direct heat, opt for cooler temperatures or in shade to apply.
    Pre wetting of surface with water is essential.
    In critical repairs, consult Thermi team for a suitable application.
